Mission

Our mission is to provide each client healthcare organization with actionable patient safety recommendations which are efficient to implement. We bring over 90 years of collective experience and passion for patient safety, patient care, patient experience and reduction of risks to patients and organizations. We are highly skilled in learning about challenges and assimilating information into pragmatic steps to improve the safe care provided to patients. Commonly, organizations implement changes to address long-standing challenges while we are still on-site!

We are convinced that demonstration of action on patient safety and risk management issues will improve engagement of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses and other members of the healthcare team. This supports long term efforts to improve processes, achieve high reliability, boost quality metrics, and move towards zero patient harm.
